What is Home Watch?

Home Watch is a service that encompasses both inspection and communication. A Home Watch professional will visit the property on a weekly, bi-weekly or customized schedule. While at the property, the technician inspects the exterior of the home, including the yard, siding, roof, lighting, windows and doors for damage or vandalism. Junk mail and fliers are removed from the mailbox in order to keep the house from looking empty. Inside, the toilets are flushed, and sinks and showers are run to check for leaks and other problems. All major household systems are checked to make sure everything is operating as it should. The Home Watch company will then inform the homeowner of any issues or concerns that exist.

Louis Moreto and David McComb moved out to the Coachella Valley in 2012 and quickly discovered that many residents were seasonal residents. Many of our new friends expressed concerns about leaving their homes for extended periods. We have had friends who experienced water leaks, power outages and other calamities which sat for weeks until it was discovered. We quickly realized that we could provide peace of mind for those part-time residents. That is what made us start the Coachella Valley Home Watch. We can provide these services to residents from Palm Springs to Indian Wells. (Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Bermuda Dunes and Indian Wells)

Check for vandalism, theft, storm or other damage, insect infestation and animal intrusion

Check inside circuit breakers in house or garage for any tripped breakers.

Provide access for vendors (remain on site as needed)

I started using Coachella Valley Home Watch service a few months ago.
